Ik ben freelancer sinds mijn cum laude afstuderen aan de HKU Beeld en MediaTechnologie in 2002.
Ik hou van animeren, iets tot leven brengen!
Ik doe dat met veel liefde en soepele bewegingen. Mijn ervaring als danser en met diverse vormen van theater zijn daarbij zeer bruikbaar. Het liefst maak ik blije dingen. Of dingen waar mensen blij van worden. Speels, lieve ontwerpen, en altijd vrolijke frisse kleuren.
Ik was art director en supervising animator bij de animatieserie en bioscoopfilm van Pim & Pom, ik ben designer en animatiesupervisor / animatieregisseur bij StoryZoo, lead animator voor de animatieserie Knofje, en maak animaties en ontwerpen voor kindertelevisie, educatieve doeleinden, apps en games.
Daarnaast illustreer en ontwerp ik geboortekaartjes, en kun je mijn designs kopen op spullen in mijn Redbubble shop en via Spoonflower.
Dankzij vele samenwerkingen heb ik inmiddels een goed netwerk met o.a. scenarioschrijvers, componisten, animators, designers en editors.
Je kunt mij dus persoonlijk inhuren, maar ook voor grotere projecten benaderen. In dat geval kan ik in overleg een team samenstellen.

About me:
My work is colourful, happy, playful and full of movement.
I work as a freelancer since a graduated with honours at the HKU in Hilversum in 2002.
I love animating, bringing something to life! I put a lot of love and smooth motions in my work. My experience as a dancer and with various forms of theater are very useful. I prefer to make happy things. Or things that make people happy. Playful, sweet designs, and always cheerful fresh colors.
I was art director and supervising animator for the animated series (52 episodes) and feature animated movie (72 min) of Pim & Pom. I’m designer and animation supervisor / animation director at StoryZoo. I make animations and designs for childrens television, educational purposes, apps and games.
When i’m not animating, i illustrate and design birth announcements, and you can buy my art on products in my Redbubble shop and via Spoonflower.
Thanks to many collaborations in the past, i have a large network of talented writers, composers, animators, designers and editors.
You can hire me for a job, but also for larger projects. In that case i could form a larger team of creatives to get the job done.
